02 / Website Upgrade

Your business has moved forward. Bring your website with it.

Replace an outdated or confusing experience with a website that explains your services and supports the way your business works. Keep valuable content and search history in view throughout the rebuild.

For established businesses with an aging website, unclear content, or a difficult path from interest to inquiry.

  1. Review what exists
  2. Improve the experience
  3. Connect the workflow

The starting scope

The pieces that work together.

Website & content review

Review your current pages, business priorities, search visibility, and the points where visitors lose direction.

Structure & redesign

Reorganize services and calls to action, refine the visual experience, and improve priority page copy.

Migration & search continuity

Map valuable existing URLs, plan redirects where needed, and carry relevant content and search metadata into the new site.

Inquiries & measurement

Connect the contact journey, test delivery and mobile usability, and define meaningful inquiry measurement.

We review the existing site before confirming page count, content migration, integrations, access requirements, timeline, and support. Large content libraries receive their own migration scope.

When the next bottleneck is behind the website.

Add a focused workflow module when the business needs it: inquiry follow-up, project intake, client approvals, or operational reporting. Discovery determines whether an existing tool or a custom build fits best, with access, data handling, maintenance, and costs agreed first.

  • Lead and follow-up tracking
  • Appointment or trial-request workflows
  • Client intake and document approvals
  • Connections to existing business tools
  • Brand refinement or bilingual content

How we work

A clear path from brief to delivery.

  1. Review

Examine the current experience, important URLs, business workflows, and available account access.

  2. Rebuild

Develop the new structure, content, design, and inquiry journey with staged reviews.

  3. Transition

Validate pages, redirects, forms, and measurement before launch, then hand over the site and agreed support.

Before we begin

Do we have to replace everything?

No. The review identifies what is worth keeping, improving, or replacing. Your existing identity, useful content, and working tools can remain part of the solution.

Is a client-management system included?

It is an optional, separately scoped module. We first define the users, workflow, integrations, data, and support requirements, then recommend the right approach and price.

Will you preserve our existing search traffic?

We plan content, URL mappings, redirects, and technical checks to support continuity. Search performance can change after a migration; we do not guarantee traffic or rankings.

A scope you can plan around.

Tell us about your business and priorities. We will review the fit and prepare a scope, quote, and timeline before work begins.
